New Beginnings Mind and Body Total Fitness is a groundbreaking program in Raleigh that focuses on both physical fitness and mental health.  Established in 2009, New Beginnings serves children, adolescents, and adults by providing personal trainers and mental coaches to ensure that our customers have an opportunity to achieve total fitness.

This fun 6 to 12 week structured program focuses on developing targeted skills in participants to provide improved mental and physical health.  The program is designed and geared towards individuals looking to enhance the mind while simultaneously improving their health and developing leadership skills.  Participants will meet with coaches twice a week to participate in training based on the programs six pillars:

Faith – Develop and integrate belief and faith into their lives.  Regardless of religious orientation participants will understand and integrate belief into how they approach their life.  Trust and openness will be critical elements.

Discipline – The ability to set goals, commit to those goals and keep oneself focused to achieve their vision at home, in the community, at school and in life.

Respect – Treating others and oneself in a manner that shows true appreciation for who they are and how they got to be the people they are today.

Self Love – One’s ability to unconditionally accept, appreciate and value oneself for who you are.

Communication – The ability to express oneself in a positive and productive way with those around you.

Teamwork – An indivdiual’s understanding and commitment to work with a team of people who are part of their lives, be it on the ball field, in the classroom or in the community.  Adopting the attitude that is all about creating win-win situations in their lives.
